The work of the Institute relies on global relationships with other international research institutions, global networks, and entities that provide data-driven solutions to the global problems facing the world and vulnerable populations, including small island nations.  These relationships are determined by the topics and research queries.

These global relationships serve as the force to drive local changes by learning from and understanding the collective experiences of others as they have transformed their local, regional and global economies.

The institute collaborates with local institutions to encourage the use of best practice in pilot projects designed to disrupt the current mindsets, demonstrate the effects of data-driven outcomes executed through strong public-private partnerships, and exert pressure and influence on local systemic change.
