According to best practice, the outputs and impacts of the Think to DO Institute follows the evaluation and monitoring metrics put forward by the TTCSP at the University of Pennsylvania. The metric is designed to serve as a catalyst for a discussion on how to effectively measure the impact of the think tank.

The following are approved by the board of directors and are included as quantitative evaluation criteria in the business plan: resource indicators, utilization indicators, output indicators, and impact indicators.
